Return & Refund Policy

We are a mom owned & family run small shop.

While we're growing returns and refunds will be on a case by case basis. If we do accept a return, return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and shipping will not be refunded from the original order.

Please take your time shopping and if you have any questions contact us for help prior to purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or missing contact us immediately within 7 days and we will make it right.

Processing & Shipping

While the only available option listed is economy you'll often find your order is shipped Priority if it's heavier, bigger, or contains something fragile. The holidays are among us and carriers can be overwhelmed with packages. The less time in transit means less risks of damage.

Processing can vary with an average of 1-5 days. We are a family owned and operated small shop with an infant at home. Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible but mom life is real!

If you find yourself in a crunch ordering last minute like we've all done before just shoot us an email or DM. We'll do the best we can to accommodate your request.

*** Please be advised that due to the holiday season once packages are in possession of the carrier there isn't anything we can do. Delays are to be expected but please let us know if your package is being held up beyond reason and we'll see what we can do to help or track it down.

Shipping Materials

We are working on making new materials as earth friendly as possible. However, due to the amount of materials received from suppliers you will find we often and whenever possible reuse supplies rather than disposing of it.
